The Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has devised key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively assess the performance of its regional and district offices. The new KPIs will be implemented starting next year to evaluate the contributions of each regional/district office to the bureaus overall performance in line with its goal to exceed tax collection.
