Dealing with Close Minded People

Steve learns how to deal with close minded people -- and for all you know, they could be right, and you wrong.  It is great to allow disagreement, and before you start to engage them ina heated debate, maybe it is worthwhile to ask -- how about ourselves?  How close minded are we?

When you lock horns with people, you can become frustrated.  Then you make the other person's problem your problem.

Dealing With Close-Mindedness
How can you intelligently deal with people who are close-minded, totally stubborn in their beliefs and unreceptive to new ideas? Perhaps you feel certain you’re right and they’re wrong, but you can’t seem to convince them to see things your way. And maybe you are in fact right, but that doesn’t prevent the other person from resorting to irrational arguments to keep from agreeing with you. What can you do in such situations?
